6. Virtual Items

- in-game items (“Virtual Items”)

- you do not own Virtual Items
- they have no real-world value
- they cannot be transferred or sold
We may remove Virtual Items if:
- you violate these Terms
- cheating is detected
7. Ownership
All content in the Services (games, code, graphics, etc.) is owned or licensed by Underwater Games OÜ.
You may NOT:
- copy
- modify
- reverse engineer
- distribute
without permission.
8. User Content
If you create or share content:
- you confirm you have the rights to do so
- you grant us a license to use it (including display and distribution)
We may remove content at any time.
9. License to use the Services
We grant you a:

- non-transferable
- non-exclusive
- revocable
license to use the Services for non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
10. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that the Services will be:

If you download via:

- Apple App Store

Payments are handled by the platform provider.

- Terms cannot be transferred
- If part of Terms is invalid, the rest remains valid
